  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and set up aside.
  2. Brown meat and onions. Bleed and prepare aside in a big bowl.
  3. Add together tomato plant sauce to cooked meat and onions.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese, parsley and Italian seasoning.
